 Buchenwald Concentration Camp Liberated by American Troops (1945)Buchenwald was one of the first and largest concentration camps in Nazi Germany. As US forces closed in on the camp near the end of WWII, the Nazis began evacuating its prisoners, forcing them on "death marches" during which an estimated 13,500 were killed. My christmas-wish is a better 2010 than this year.It´s really been a challenge, and I have learned a lot. The biggest diffence is to not take life for granted. I was very, very sick, but now I´m on my way back. One step a a time.
Life goes on.
And I hope I haven´t done too much wrong spelling.
